A Bread-Making Meme In the Making?

I think it is interesting that Adam and Curt and I are all getting into baking and bread-making at about the same time. I’m looking forward to some interesting conversations with them on this subject.

I’ve got Curt’s ‘Grandma’s Bread’ dough rising in the other room right now, I’ve ordered The Baker’s Apprentice from Amazon, and next weekend I’m attending a bread-making class taught by the same chef who taught me to make cinnamon rolls, biscuits, and pie crust.

This should be interesting and fun.
