Dolmades

My visit to the Phoenix Farmer’s Market led me to Sabeur Rouine, AKA ‘Dr. Hummus’. Actually, I met his wife, Beth, who was running their booth today. Not only did I sample some great hummus with roasted eggplant, they also sell dolmades. I confess, I have a weekness for dolmades. I ate them for lunch today and oh boy. They were excellent.
