I seem to be collecting whisks. Merry Ann gave me this great heart-shaped whisk for Christmas. I tried it last night when I made Beurre Blanc sauce. It is the best thing I’ve used so far for emulsifying the butter and at the same time getting all the yummy brown bit unstuck from the bottom of the pan.
