Birthday Present To Myself

I’m not trying to out-do Adam, I promise.

I have been lusting for this food processor for over a year. (If you are a Tool Junkie you will understand.) It is the Cuisinart Limited Edition Metal 14-cup Food Processor, complete with Whisk Attachment (which you can kinda see laying on the table). I have already asked Heather to order the 6mm French Fry and 2mm slicing discs for me.

There are SOOOO many recipes in my stack waiting for the day this arrived. At last I can make my favorite German restaurant’s red cabbage recipe. Tomorrow I had planned to shred and saute some zucchini and it will certainly be put to use.
