Citrus Mousse

The Kahlua Cool Whip recipe at Men In Aprons made me think of this recipe from Chef Rodney Jankowski that also uses Cool Whip:

Citrus Mousse

12 oz Cool Whip
7 oz (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice

In a large bowl, beat together Cool Whip and condensed milk. Gradually beat in lemon and lime juices until evenly blended.

This works really well as a filling for little chocolate heartlets. I’ll make them soon and post pictures and the recipe
