India Tree Chardonnay Smoked Fleur de Sel
I am a sucker for specialty salts. I use kosher salt in most of my cooking, but I have some Celtic Grey Sea Salt that I use frequently.
I was in Plate It Up! the other day and Heather pointed out a new line of salt from India Tree she is now carrying. I brought home a jar of Chardonnay Smoked Fleur de Sel and it is scrumptious! It has a wonderful smokey flavor. I rubbed some on the pork chops I was sautéing and it really added a lot.
