Parmesan Chicken

Img_0841A few weeks ago I found this recipe on Simply Recipes and stored it away.

Oh man oh man. This is great chicken. Nothing low-fat about it though with all that butter. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs because they always seem to have more flavor.

  1. I also saw and tried that recipe a few weeks ago. Delicious! I’m pleased to see that yours didn’t come out as dark as the recipe version either. I was beginning to have serious doubts about my oven!

    Yup I thought the same thing: ‘Dang! mine did not come out as dark brown as the recipe photo. Dang!’
    But about three nanoseconds later my brain said, ‘Oh those look REALLY yummy this way!.’
    I do think that the lighter color enhances their curb appeal.
